✧✦ Q & A ✦✧
1. Can I separate my payment into four installments?
Yes,However, a minimum 10% down payment is required to be placed on the waiting list (according to the quoted price).
After this, if you’d like to pay the rest in partial payments, you can. However, I will only work up to the amount of payment received. For example, if I have received 60% of the commission fee, I will work up to 60% of the project’s progress. I will not continue until further payments are received. As a result, this may extend the delivery time, so please understand. If a payment is received while I am working on a different project, I will finish that project before continuing with yours.I’m flexible with other payment plan options too, so if you need more time, let me know.
2. Can I change my design after being put on the waiting list?
Yes, if it’s only a small change.
No, if you want to change the character completely.
3. Can I add add-ons after being put on the waiting list?
Yes, but only if the changes are minor and won’t affect my commission schedule.
.
If the add-ons will delay the delivery time, a 30% rush fee will be added for that portion.
.
Alternatively, you can submit a new request for the add-ons during the next commission batch.
.
Please communicate with me first!
4. Can I request add-ons for my model in the future?
Yes and no.
.
I will accept new rigging add-on requests for models completed within one year.
However, I may not accept requests for add-ons to models older than one year.
5. Can I get a half-body model now and upgrade it to a full-body later?
Yes.
.
Please note that the price may increase between the time your half-body model is completed and when you request the full-body upgrade.
.
For example, if my full-body rigging price is $700 when you request the half-body model, but it increases to $1,000 by the time of the upgrade, the additional $300 will apply.
6. Do you accept male model commissions?
Unfortunately, not at the moment.
.
Feminine body types and shota body types are okay. Chibi male models are also okay.
Send me a reference, and I’ll check if I’m interested!

I usually open commission slots every 3–4 months. Please join my Discord
and turn on the <comm status> role to get notifications.or follow my Twitter/Vgen
8. What happens if I want to cancel my commission? Can I get a refund?
The 10% down payment is non-refundable.
.
If I have not started your commission, I will refund the rest of the paid fees.
.
If work has already begun, I can only refund the portion of the payment for work that hasn’t been completed.
.
I will export and deliver the work you’ve paid for, but I cannot hand over the raw rigging file. If you’d like the raw rigging file, an additional 25% fee will be charged.
9. What is considered commercial usage?
Anything posted on social media to promote a brand is considered commercial usage. A 1.5x commercial fee will apply.
For example: streaming schedules, random Twitter interaction posts, or "starting soon" screens.
.
If you’d like to commission a piece for merchandise, such as keychains, prints, or mousepads, a 2x commercial fee will apply.Printing something as a gift or for yourself is considered personal usage.
10. What is considered a minor change?
Minor changes are adjustments that don’t require erasing and redrawing parts. Examples include:Art: cColor adjustments, shading adjustments, opacity changes, small movements, or making an object longer, bigger, or smaller.
Rig: Lowering or increasing movement, changing movement directions, opacity changes, adjusting movement speed, or fixing bugs..
.
Big changes that may incur an extra fee include:Art: Changing the background idea entirely, changing the outfit or hair entirely, changing hair flow, adding an object, altering the pose, or moving an object to another place.
Rig: Changing the movement to mimic a specific reference (e.g., a video), switching movement styles, or undoing a previous major change.
11. Can I get the raw file?
I can send you the PSD file.
.
If you’d like the raw rigging file, an additional 25% of the commission fee will be charged.
For models over one year old, if I’m unable to make add-ons for you, I can provide the raw rigging file upon request at no additional charge.
12. Can you put me on the waitlist for your next opening?
No.
.
Please wait for an available commission slot and submit a request through Vgen.
I will only place commissioners on the waiting list after receiving partial payment.
.
Rush orders are the only exception.
13. What is VBridger? Do I need it?
VBridger is a tracking enhancement tool for VTube Studio that allows riggers to add extra movements not provided by VTube Studio. It is often used for more accurate mouth tracking.I recommend it if you want your model’s mouth to closely reflect your real mouth movements.(You will need to purchase Vbridger on Steam).
14. What is the referral program?
Kitto Referral Program: Earn Discounts on Your Next CommissionHow does it work?

After their commission is delivered, you will receive a discount on your next commission equal to 5% of their commission fee.- This offer is only available to Kitto’s clients.
