By commissioning Kitto.jpg, you agree to the following...

1. Prices and TOS are subject to change over time.2. Revisions are possible but should be used with caution, too many minor revisions will prolong the project and mentally drain the artist in the long run, which might reduce the overall quality. To avoid this, please review each revision carefully and include all changes at once.3. When the model is already far in the process, changes in details may incur an additional fee.4. You have to be above 18 and have enough funds to purchase digital goods. You will not issue a chargeback for the commission under any circumstance.5. I reserve the right to refuse a commission.6. I do not allow any of my work to be used for NFTs and/or cryptocurrency of any kind, under any circumstance.7. I do not allow my art work to be uploaded/used for AI training.8. My name kitto_jpg must be properly credited in the bio / about page/ post.9. If for any reason you wish to edit my work (color change/ distort/ add background/ elements...), please discuss the details with me first. Do not modify without my consent. （not applicable for live2d commissions)9. If for any reason you need to sell my work, you need to discuss it with me first. Selling price should NOT be higher than the commission price. I will also need the new buyer's Twitter/ Twitch username.

✦ All prices are in USD. All payments will be handled through Paypal Invoices/Etsy/Kofi.(click to see link)✦All prices shown on site are base price, extra fees will be charged for complicity/ add-ons/ extra revisions (see #3 for detail) / PSD examinations, etc...) will discuss with the client before any transaction is required.✦All live2d prices include a commercial usage fee. All illustrations/profile icons are for personal usage only. extra fee will be charged for commercial usage.✦ For all commissions, a 50% down payment of the total commission fee is required to be placed on the waiting list.✦ For Rigging only commissions, PSD files need to be examined. the examination fee is $5, This amount will be deducted from the full price. If the model is not cut properly, an extra adjusting/cutting fee will be charged: 5% to 35% of the total price depends on the complicity of the adjustment. ( not applicable if the model was drawn by me.)✦ 30% total commission fee will be charged for rush orders.✦ Psd examination fee and down payments are non-refundable.✦ Full refunds are not available. If requested, the amount refunded will be proportionate to the amount of work not yet done ( payment service fee/ PSD examination fee/ down payment are non-refundable)

I will not be responding to commission requests when commission states are closed.If commissions are open, I will send a reply/confirmation/quote within 2 days.For Rig Only projects, I will ask for your PSD file. It must be well separated and ready for rigging. Improper cutting of the model may incur a correction fee of +5% to +35%, depending on how complex the adjustments are.I will send a Paypal invoice for a 50% total commission fee to the client. Clients will be added to the waitlist once I receive the payment. I will go through my commissions in order according to the waiting list.I will keep the client updated on the progress every 1-3 days once the project begins. Updates may include screenshots or videos. The client may let me know how they wish to receive the update (through Email/Discord/Twitter...)I am very open to changes during the sketch stage, especially for character design, however, please avoid changing your character concept completely. After the sketching stage, maximum 2 minor free revisions for each stage: linework, color, shading, and cutting.For live2d rigging commissions, you will receive a video on each of the following parts (if applicable): head XYZ, eye blink, mouth movement, body XYZ, etc...Once commission process hit 50%, I will ask client to send the rest of the fee. If you choose to pay in different amount, we can discuss.
When everything is finished, I will send a google folder link containing everything needed for streaming.Additional outfit/ item/ hand pose/ expressions/ hairstyles requests after delivery will need to go through the waitlist again, in most circumstances.I am happy to help the client set up their model in Vtube Studio/answer any Live2d related questions.

1. Can i seperate my payment to 4?

Yes, however, a 50% down-payment is needed to be placed on the waiting list. (according to the quote given)After this, if you would like to pay the rest with parcial payments, you can. but i will only be working to the amount of payment recieved.
For example, if i have recieved 60% of the commission fee, i will work till the progress hits 60%, and i will not continue until i recieve further payments. As an result, this may stretch the delivery time, please understand..

2. Can i change my design after i've been put on the waitinglist?

Yes, if it is only small change.
No, if you want to change the character completly.If the change is too big and will effect my commission waitlist schedule, i might not accept it..

3. Can i add add-ons after i've been put on the waitinglist?

Yes, only if its small and will not effect my commission waitlist schedule.If you want to, for example add another outfit after the quote. I might say no because another set of outfit might add 3+ days to the schedule, and it will push back the framed date for others. In that case, i will ask you to submit another form and go through the process again for the extra add-ons.But make sure you communicate with me first! i will let you know if it is possible based on the current situation..

4. What is Referral?

If someone ( who has worked with me ) recommended you to commission me, you can place their name on the commission form.
The referral person will be gifted.
